Greetings! It is time to begin planning for Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas! Hotel assignments will be confirmed by August 2023 via email.                                                   Super Bowl LVIII Hotel Request Link Final assignments will be determined after we receive all requests; and as such we reserve the right to make adjustments to the assignments. Please note, when rooms are assigned, the past history of requests and assignments from other Super Bowl cities are considered. Reminders & Timeline Your request for rooms will consist of your commitment to fulfill the financial obligation of that block of rooms to the assigned hotel. After room assignments are completed in August, groups will have until September 1, 2023, to confirm their room block with the assigned hotel. Any group who has not signed an agreement by September 30, 2023 with the assigned hotel will lose possession of those rooms. At that time the rooms will be released and reassigned.
