NFL UNDER THE HELMET FEATURES BRETT FAVRE, JIM HARBAUGH AND ZACH THOMAS;
CREED, THE BEST-SELLING HARD-ROCK BAND IN AMERICA, WILL DEBUT MUSIC VIDEO OF NEW SINGLE

The third episode of the NFL’s new youth program "NFL Under the Helmet" will air on FOX-TV, on Saturday, September 25 at 12 noon ET (viewers should check their local listings). Fox Sports personality Ron Pitts and new co-host Jill Arrington host the 30-minute show.

Creed, recognized as the Rock Artist of the Year at Billboard’s 1998 Music Awards, will premiere the music video for "Higher" on the program. NFL Films will intersperse Brett Favre highlights with the music video to create an energetic and driving segment.

Also on the show will be a "Back in the Day" segment on Miami Dolphins linebacker Zach Thomas. The segment explores Thomas’ growth as a football player from his youngest days. Other features include Jim Harbaugh’s Indy car team at the Indy 500, a look at first round pick David Boston and his father Byron Boston who was been an NFL line judge for the past five seasons, and the sounds of the game will feature quarterbacks such as Troy Aikman, Steve Young and Favre.

The plays of the week will be underscored by Collective Soul’s hit "Heavy."

NFL Under the Helmet is an FCC-friendly show geared to young fans ages 12-16 and will run weekly on FOX through March. The show will run 52-weeks a year beginning in September 2000.
