STUDENTS PLAY FOOTBALL WITH VICE PRESIDENT AL GORE AND NFL PLAYERS ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 IN WASHINGTON, DC.

WHAT: Play Football with Vice President Al Gore and NFL stars!

That’s what several hundred middle school students in Washington D.C. will do on Play Football Day, in a special event recognizing the NFL’s nationwide youth football programs. Gore and the players, who will also be joined by NFL Properties President Sara Levinson, will meet with students at Abraham Lincoln Middle School on Tuesday.

Boys and girls at Lincoln Middle School will demonstrate NFL Flag Scholastic -- part of the NFL’s nationwide flag football program – and one of the numerous programs the league has created for youths, ages 6-14. More than five million boys and girls will play NFL youth football this year.
