AND KMART TO HOST 900 CHILDREN
AT JETS NFL "FAMILY DAY" AT HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY

Program To Provide Young Fans And Their Families
With NFL Game Day Experience
WHAT: | The
NEW YORK JETS will team with Kmart
to host 900 local children and their families at
the inaugural New York Jets Kmart NFL Family Days
program. Current and former Jets players will lead young
fans ages 6-14 through non-contact skills clinics on the
Jets practice field at Hofstra University. Children
will be joined by their parents for tours of the locker
room, weight room, film room and press room. Players will
sign autographs for each child in attendance. Jets players will be available for media interviews. Kmart NFL Family Days are also offered this season in Dallas, Detroit, Jacksonville, Carolina, Washington, D.C., and Oakland. One lucky family will be selected as the Kmart NFL Family Days MVP Family, and will receive four tickets to an upcoming Jets home game. The family will present a check for $5,000 on behalf of The Kmart Family Foundation to a Jets team charity. |
