 STATEMENT BY AN NFL SPOKESPERSON:

Javin Hunter of the Baltimore Ravens has been suspended for the last four regular-season games of 2002 for violating the NFL Policy on Anabolic Steroids and Related Substances.

Hunter’s suspension begins immediately.  He is eligible to return to the Ravens’ active roster on Monday, December 30, and participate in the playoffs should the Ravens advance to the postseason.
