FOR USE AS DESIRED *** MEDIA ADVISORY *** SCOUTING COMBINE PLAYER AVAILABILITY -- Media Credential Application Deadline on NFLmedia.com is Feb. 17 -- WHAT: 2005 Scouting Combine WHO: Prospective players eligible for the 2005 NFL Draft Select NFL Head Coaches & General Managers WHERE: Indiana Convention Center – Site of player availabilities WHEN: Player groups will be available on the following days: Thursday, Feb. 24: Offensive Linemen, Running Backs, Kickers, Punters Friday, Feb. 25: Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers Saturday, Feb. 26: Defensive Linemen, Tight Ends Sunday, Feb. 27: Defensive Backs, Linebackers Media covering the 2005 Scouting Combine for any or all of its four days should apply for credentials at NFLmedia.com. The deadline to submit a credential application for the 2005 Scouting Combine is THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17. The application is available on www.nflmedia.com, under "NFL Event Credentialing." The NFL will extend the courtesy of 10 pooled phone lines for working media. If you wish to order your own phone line, contact Steve Alic of NFL Communications (212/450-2066, alics@nfl.com). Working media are to report to the Indiana Convention Center. Once inside, follow signs to the NFL Media Center (adjoining rooms 107-110). NFL Media Center hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, February 24-27. NFL Communications personnel will be present to assist.
