CHIEFS GAMMON & COWBOYS ROBINSON
ADDED TO AFC & NFC PRO BOWL ROSTERS

January 27, 2005 – The AFC and NFC Pro Bowl Rosters were completed today when AFC head coach Bill Cowher and NFC head coach Jim Mora selected Kansas City long snapper KENDALL GAMMON & Dallas long snapper JEFF ROBINSON as the AFC and NFC “need” players.

Gammon finished his 13th season in the NFL in 2004 and is one of only four players currently active in the NFL drafted in the 11th round or later.  The Pittsburg State graduate has played in 208 consecutive games, the second-longest active streak in the NFL among non-kickers.  This is Gammon’s first Pro Bowl selection.

Robinson, completed his third campaign with the Cowboys and his 12th overall in 2004.  The former Idaho Vandal was originally a defense end selected in round four of the 1993 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.  This is Robinson’s first Pro Bowl selection.

The naming of the “need” players completes the 43-man rosters for the AFC and NFC squads.  The 2005 AFC-NFC Pro Bowl will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN) on Sunday, February 13 from Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
