NFL SATELLITE NEWS SERVICE BEGINS SEPTEMBER 8; The twice-weekly 2004 NFL Satellite News Service, featuring weekly highlights of all 32 NFL teams, will debut next Wednesday, September 8. The NFL Satellite News Service provides TV stations with 16 team highlight segments on Wednesdays and 16 on Fridays, giving stations access to footage of all 32 NFL teams every week. The feeds for the first week (September 8 and September 10) will include previews of each team as the NFL kicks off its 2004 season on September 9, 12-13. The NFL Satellite News Service is available free-of-charge to TV sports directors for use during regularly scheduled newscasts.
