AGENDA FOR NFL SPRING MEETING

The annual NFL Spring Meeting will be conducted at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 24-25.

The agenda for the two-day business meeting includes a variety of reports and matters that were tabled from the March league meeting in Maui.

There will be a series of committee meetings on Tuesday morning before the league meeting begins at 3:00 PM ET.

Tuesday’s agenda will include reports and discussion on the new television agreements with ESPN and NBC, the Los Angeles stadium project, the proposed sale of the Minnesota Vikings, and the G-3 stadium financing program. Other key issues include continued discussion of the internal league economic issues related to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The meeting will resume on Wednesday at 9:00 AM ET and include a discussion and vote on several Competition Committee matters as well as presentations from the Atlanta, Houston, South Florida and Tampa Super Bowl host committees followed by a vote on the selection of the host city for the 2009 Super Bowl.

The meeting is expected to conclude by 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday afternoon.
