NFL ANNOUNCES LIST OF 35 PLAYERS GRANTED SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY FOR 1999 DRAFT

The National Football League announced today the names of 35 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 1999 NFL Draft on April 17-18.

Each of the 35 players has been out of high school for at least three seasons and each has submitted a written application in which he renounced his remaining college football eligibility. The deadline for receiving applications was January 8.

The players declared eligible are:
