NFL SATELLITE NEWS SERVICE BEGINS SEPTEMBER 8;
The twice-weekly NFL Satellite News Service, featuring weekly highlights of all 31 NFL teams, will debut next Wednesday, September 8.
The NFL Satellite News Service provides TV stations with 16 team highlight segments on Wednesdays and 15 on Fridays, giving stations access to footage of all 31 NFL teams every week.
Features such as Players of the Week and This Weeks Spotlight Games also will be included.
The feeds for the first week (September 8 and September 10) will include American and National Football Conference previews, and a segment on the NFLs new instant replay system.
The NFL Satellite News Service is available free-of-charge to TV sports directors for use during regularly scheduled newscasts.
The service will be available every Wednesday and Friday between 1:30-2:00 PM ET during
the regular season and postseason.
