The game times of two nationally televised Monday-night preseason games have been moved up one hour, the NFL announced today.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Game (New England vs. San Francisco) in Canton, Ohio on July 31, and the St. Louis at Tennessee game on August 14 will start at 7:00 PM ET rather than 8:00 PM ET.

The change was made to accommodate coverage plans by ABC-TV of the Democratic and Republican national political conventions.
