NFL SATELLITE NEWS SERVICE BEGINS AUGUST 30;
INITIAL FEEDS FEATURE KICKOFF 2000 SEASON PREVIEWS

The twice-weekly NFL Satellite News Service, featuring weekly highlights of all 31 NFL teams, will debut next Wednesday, August 30.

The NFL Satellite News Service provides TV stations with 16 team highlight segments on Wednesdays and 15 on Fridays, giving stations access to footage of all 31 NFL teams every week.

The feeds for the first week (August 30 and September 1) will include previews of each team as the NFL approaches Kickoff 2000 on Labor Day Weekend.

The NFL Satellite News Service is available free-of-charge to TV sports directors for use during regularly scheduled newscasts.

The service will be available every Wednesday and Friday between 1:00-1:30 PM ET during the regular season and postseason.
