Attention All Media:
Re: NFL Playoffs and Super Bowl

Please be advised that the holder of game credentials employing a radio frequency communications device (cell phones excluded) must contact the Game Day Coordinator before commencing operation.  The device and frequency under which it operates must be reported to the Game Day Coordinator (GDC) to avoid interference with the many radio frequency devices used at NFL games. The GDC for the host playoff team should be contacted to register.

The GDC for the team can be contacted via Email using the following format: NFLteamname@sbe.org.  For example, NFLBears@sbe.org.  This Email address will reach the regional and local coordinators simultaneously.

Radio Frequency Coordination is mandatory for operations related to the game, in or around the stadium, before, during or after the game, as required by the National Football League.

More than ever, the need to cooperate with this coordination effort is necessary and important. Failure to report this information prior to games is a violation of league policy.

Thank you for your cooperation.
