August 14 -- The Cleveland Browns have traded offensive lineman Everett Lindsay to the Minnesota Vikings, the club announced this afternoon. Specific terms of the deal were not released.

Lindsay, 6-4 and 302 lbs., started in 16 games last season for the club and is a seven-year veteran with Minnesota, Baltimore and Cleveland.

Cleveland Browns Head Coach Butch Davis will host a media briefing following this afternoon's practice at the club's training facility in Berea.
