AFC CENTRAL
| Jacksonville | Has clinched AFC playoff berth. Can clinch AFC Central division title and a first-round playoff bye with a win and a Tennessee loss or tie. |
| Tennessee | Can clinch AFC playoff berth with a win OR a Kansas City loss AND EITHER a Seattle loss OR a Miami loss and a Buffalo win. |
