MONDAY NIGHT MAGIC!

Another epic battle. Another fantastic finish. Another seven-point Monday night game.

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Minnesota Vikings last night in overtime 26-20 when BRETT FAVRE’s pass to ANTONIO FREEMAN was miraculously caught for a 43-yard touchdown.

It was the eighth Monday night game of the season decided by seven points or less, with all eight decided in the last few minutes. The eight seven-point games ties 1974 for the most in a season’s first 10 Monday-night games.

The record for most Monday-night games decided by seven points or less in a season is 10, which was set last year.
