BROWNS QB KELLY HOLCOMB & SAINTS RB DEUCE MC ALLISTER  

AS FEDEX AIR & GROUND NFL PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Quarterback KELLY HOLCOMB of the Cleveland Browns and running back DEUCE MC ALLISTER of the New Orleans Saints are the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week for games played on November 16-17, the NFL announced today. 

Holcomb completed 29 of 35 attempts for 392 yards and three touchdowns for a 141.9 passer rating in the Browns’ 44-6 win over Arizona.

McAllister rushed for 173 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in the Saints’ 23-20 overtime win over Atlanta.  McAllister, who also caught nine passes for 64 yards, has rushed for 100 yards or more in seven consecutive games.

Holcomb and McAllister were selected from among finalists in air and ground categories.  The other FedEx Express NFL Player of the Week finalists were Indianapolis Colts quarterback PEYTON MANNING and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback DONOVAN MC NABB, while Indianapolis Colts running back EDGERRIN JAMES and Cincinnati Bengals running back RUDI JOHNSON were the other finalists for the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week.
