NEW YORK—OCTOBER 23, 2003 – Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Randy Moss’ 46-yard Hail Mary reception from Daunte Culpepper and lateral to Moe Williams for a touchdown against the Denver Broncos has been voted the NFL Play of the Week - Presented by LEVITRAâ - (vardenafil HCI) for games played on October 19-20.

Moss’ play is now eligible to be selected as the NFL Play of the Year - Presented by LEVITRA - to be awarded this February at Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston, Texas.  

The NFL Play of the Week - Presented by LEVITRA - introduced this season by the NFL, is presented each Thursday and recognizes the single most exciting play that week. Fans who vote at NFL.com each week between Tuesday and Thursday can also be entered into a sweepstakes that will send one lucky winner and a guest to Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston, Texas.  Voting is open to fans each week from Tuesday at Noon ET to Thursday at Noon ET on NFL.com.

On the last play of the first half, the Vikings All-Pro receiver made a leaping catch of a Daunte Culpepper Hail Mary at the 13-yard line and lateraled the ball to teammate Moe Williams for a dazzling 59-yard score against the Denver Broncos. Moss finished the 28-20 win with 10 receptions for 151 yards.  The Vikings improved their record to a perfect 6-0. Moss was also nominated for the NFL Play of the Week - Presented by LEVITRA in week five for a beautiful 17-yard touchdown reception from Gus Frerotte against the Falcons.

Moss’ catch and lateral edged out New England Patriots wide receiver Troy Brown’s game-winning 82-yard touchdown reception from Tom Brady against the Miami Dolphins in fan voting on NFL.com.  For details and video of this week’s nominees and the results of fan voting, please visit NFL.com.
