JETS DEFEAT DOLPHINS 41-14 ON MONDAY NIGHT

The New York Jets got 100-yard rushing games form both RBs CURTIS MARTIN and LAMONT JORDAN last night in a 41-14 victory over the Miami Dolphins.

After Dolphins TE RANDY MCMICHAEL caught a 21-yard touchdown pass from QB JAY FIEDLER to tie the score at seven in the second quarter, the Jets scored 34 unanswered points.

Martin rushed for 115 yards on 19 carries and one touchdown. Jordan ran for 115 yards on 14 carries and a TD.

Jets QB CHAD PENNINGTON completed 11 of 19 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns.

New York’s sacked Fiedler four times and intercepted two passes.
