EAGLES HOLD OFF REDSKINS 17-14 ON SUNDAY NIGHT

The NFC East champion Philadelphia Eagles improved to 12-1 and by edging  the Washington Redskins 17-14 Sunday night.

Eagles S BRIAN DAWKINS intercepted Redskins QB PATRICK RAMSEY’s pass in the end zone with 1:46 remaining to seal the victory.

Philadelphia QB DONOVAN MC NABB completed 21 of 38 attempts for 260 yards and a touchdown.

Washington WR LAVERANEUS COLES set a career-high by hauling in 12 receptions for 100 yards.
